FREE SHIPPING

Designer IndoWest Collections is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 to all Australian addresses.

Terms and conditions of the offer:

  • This offer includes Standard Shipping only, and does not include Express Shipping.

  • Delivery address must be located within Australia

  • Order value must equal to or exceed $300 after discounts are applied.

  • Offer is ongoing and is subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $15.00 AUD and Express Shipping is $20.00 AUD. 

Standard shipping on domestic orders are received within 5-7 business days and 2-3 business days for express shipping depending on Australia Post. This quoted time frames are only a guide. These times do not include order production time. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our studio.

Returns

REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted if the product has been received damaged at the time of delivery. If in this circumstance, please contact us directly at designerindowestcollections@gmail.com

We can ask you to provide your order number and additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received. 

We are happy to replace the damaged product with new product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

No Refunds for change your mind, altered clothing or if you dislike the your purchased item. 

 RETURNS 

At PHULKARIBYROOP, we happily accept the return of products if:  

  1. You have received a product that is different to the product you ordered. 

  2. The product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery.  (* Please note that we will replace the product after we have received the incorrect/ damaged/ faulty item. Claims must also be made within 2 days of receiving the order.) 

INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received a product that is incorrect and not what you ordered, please contact us at designerindowestcollections@gmail.com. We can ask you to provide your order number and additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as incorrect when received.  

FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or is damaged in any way, please contact us at designerindowestcollections@gmail.com. with additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as faulty/damaged when received. If product/s have been severely damaged to the point where product/s cannot be used, please keep all packaging material and go to your local LPO (Licensed Post Office) for examination. As the damage happened during transit, the LPO will issue you a refund or they will contact Designer IndoWest Collections and issue us the refund and we will send you a new parcel. You may however, request the product to be refunded to you. A partial refund of up to 40% may be issued if the damages are not severe. Designer IndoWest Collections will cover the cost of shipping on products eligible for returns. We will send you a return shipping label after we have approved and seen photographic evidence. In this instance, please keep all packaging material as the items can be returned in original packaging.

PROCESSING OF EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days from the date the returned products are received.  Refunds will be processed onto the same mode of payment with which the purchase was made within 3 working days from the date the returned products were received. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days depending on your mode of payment.
